The room at Lakeshore Hotel Yilan was cozy and comfortable, making me feel at home. I absolutely loved the private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It was so convenient! Having air conditioning in the room was a savior during the hot summer days. The flat-screen TV with cable channels provided great entertainment options. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.
Personally, I didn't find much use for the bidet in the room.

I recently stayed at Lakeshore Hotel for a fun getaway with friends. The hotel organized a super cool glow in the dark party that we absolutely loved! The rooftop area was fantastic for taking photos and enjoying the views. The building's graphic design added a unique touch. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We also had a blast participating in an event where we had to find missing diary pages throughout the hotel. It was a fun way to explore the property.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The hotel was a wonderful experience for my business trip. I was able to enjoy the complimentary breakfasts which had a wide selection to choose from. The hotel's surroundings were serene, allowing me to take a jog in one of the nearby green fields. the gym and swimming pool were just a short distance from the hotel, and they were cheap to access.
The only downside was that the hotel was located in a residential area, making it far from most amenities and restaurants. It would be best if you were driving to get around and explore all the options that Yilan has to offer.

The hotel has a thoughtful design with carefully thought-out room features and good customer service. the environment offers plenty of green areas for morning walks. the change of the night indicator color to orange is beneficial for maintaining a healthy circadian rhythm. the hotel employees are helpful and polite. the surrounding area offers beautiful views of green paddy fields, and there is a fitness center nearby that offers affordable entry to a gym, swimming pool, and tennis court. the breakfast is both delicious and available until 13:30, providing ample time to enjoy a satisfying meal.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

During my recent stay at Lakeshore Hotel, I was amazed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The hotel design and atmosphere were truly top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful green areas surrounding the hotel, which provided a peaceful environment for morning walks. The rooms were meticulously thought out, with even small details like changing the night indicator to a calming orange light instead of stimulating blue. The hotel employees were incredibly helpful and always polite.
One minor drawback I found was that there was no shuttle from the train station to the hotel, which would have been convenient for guests without a car.
